New Equipment

Alternatively, many customers know exactly what they want and just need us to acquire it at the best terms possible and carry out the installation with the minimum of fuss.


Unexpected difficulties with access or power and water supplies at the point of installation can be both costly and extremely irritating.

Your designated engineer can carry out a site survey to ensure that any new installations run as smoothly as possible and talk you through our guide to making sure everything is in place before we get there to minimize the possibility of unexpected charges.

Electrical Safety

As a company we take health and safety extremely seriously. Our engineers work on gas, water and electrical equipment within commercial kitchens on a daily basis, so it goes without saying that when something occurs within our sector we are keen to take action as is appropriate.


There are three common mistakes with new equipment purchase

  • Imagining that you can just plug-&-play like a new IT gizmo. Most equipment needs significant setting up in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Neglecting Training. We’re happy to provide thorough and documented training for your catering and maintenance teams to enable them to get the best from their equipment, maximize efficiency and minimize breakdowns. Our own in-house Training Academy is led by our Technical Team Leads who are used to delivering to groups as well as individuals.
  • Forgetting about Servicing. When you buy your car and you get a 3-year warranty, it's on the basis that you have it serviced at the appropriate intervals. No service, no warranty. Kitchen equipment is no different. Service may or may not be included by the vendor – make sure you know. If not, we are happy to include it in our asset schedule. We can also pick up the maintenance later on if a vendor-provided service runs out after a certain time.

With support from industry leading training providers ranging across the whole engineering spectrum, from electric to gas, risk, H&S and water, backed with extensive on the job training & coaching, regular reviews, in-house soft skill programs& OEM specialist training from all over Europe


Years of working with multi-site operations in the UK (such as BBC), and success with various brands in our overseas operations.(Starbucks & Costa to name a few)has led to development of our service delivery with multi-site operation within UK.

From planned maintenance to reactive calls, new equipment supply and rollout, we are in a great position to help.
